The recommended dosage of ginszen varies according to the use and the desired effect. In general, we recommend the use of one or two capsules of ginszen per day, each containing 200 mg of ginseng HRG80™. Capsules are best taken in the morning, but there are no problems to take them at another moment in the day.
ginszen takes between 3 and 4 hours to produce a feeling in general.
For a long term usage of ginszen, it is advised to perform 1 month pause after 3 consecutive months of daily usage.

Ginseng has been consumed in Asia for more than 2000 years.
As ginszen is a highly bioactive Ginseng, we recommend that you read and follow the following warnings and precautions:
In case of diabetes treatments
Consult your doctor or pharmacist if you are using diabetes medication concomitantly. Ginseng contributes to a normal level of blood glucose, so it can interfere with drug treatments to regulate blood sugar.
In case of heart trouble and hypertension
Although your doctor’s consent is always essential, the consumption of ginseng can be used in parallel to treatments such as heart disorders and hypertension. It’s always better not to associate ginseng with other substances known as “exciting” such as tea, coffee and all energy drinks. Ginseng gives enough energy anyway.
Is it for pregnant and lactating women and young children
It is best not to take ginseng during pregnancy and breastfeeding as a safety measure. Children and adolescents have an organism that will react much more to dietary supplements than in adults. Although it is used in Asia from early childhood, it is recommended to seek advice from your doctor before giving it to young children over 6 years old.
And professional athletes
No problem, Ginseng is not a prohibited substance listed by the World Anti-Doping Agency.
Ginseng contributes to normal blood glucose levels. By promoting normal glucose levels, ginszen can help limit cravings and unnecessary calories.
Ginseng is suitable for Vegetarians.
